Located right next to the train station, Dream Gate Maihama offers unbeatable convenience for travelers. With Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Sea just a short ride away, it's the perfect location for Disney enthusiasts. the hotel features large, clean rooms and friendly staff, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of a connected convenience store and nearby shopping mall. Plus, there's a coin-operated laundry facility for added convenience.
The English language skills of the staff could be improved.

Convenient location, clean facilities, and helpful staff. The hotel is easily accessible via train and close to a shopping mall. The room was spacious and spotless. There is also a coin-operated laundry and convenience store nearby. The staff was accommodating and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
Limited dining options and lack of English proficiency among some staff members. While the hotel is close to dining options, the choices for breakfast were limited.

The rooms were smaller than expected, with a lack of amenities such as a fridge or a kettle for making hot drinks. the beds were also uncomfortable, leading to a poor night's sleep.
